Ridiculously unreliable app

CRASH, CRASH, CRASH!

Does not work on my ipad: loads, runs for a few seconds, then crashes over and over again.
This app has become completely useless.
Oh but I did get to watch the same commercial
at least 10-12 times when restarting the app,
Never did get any news.
I wonder, will you please fix it now?
